This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for programs purchased from Brain Leaf. By enrolling in any program, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the terms stated below.

1. General Terms

All purchases made on Brain Leaf are considered final. Classes are scheduled in advance, educators are assigned, and resources are allocated based on confirmed enrollments.

Any request for cancellation or refund must strictly follow the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Cooling-Off Period

Parents may request cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of enrollment, provided that:

  • The child has not attended any live class, and

If a refund is approved, Brain Leaf reserves the right to deduct:

  • Applicable taxes
  • Cost of classes attended (adjusted against any discounts provided)

Rescheduling is subject to operational feasibility.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations from the parent’s side will be treated as attended sessions and will not qualify for refunds.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
